Daniel Podor grew up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where personal ambition and a strong community shaped his early experiences. As a young athlete, he dedicated many hours to soccer, sprinting, and distance running. These sports taught him discipline, resilience, and how to work as part of a team, lessons that continue to guide him today.

He began his college studies at Rollins College before earning a degree in business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His commitment to learning led him to complete an MBA at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, with a concentration in entrepreneurship and leadership. For him, education is an ongoing pursuit that fuels both personal and professional growth. He is an avid reader and collects books about American history and the story of Cleveland.

Throughout his career, Daniel has worked in cardiovascular medical device sales, partnering with startups and large companies. He is known for his strategic thinking and ability to adapt to different business challenges. Alongside his corporate work, he founded a marketing agency focused on electric vehicle charging and a consulting firm dedicated to sales strategy. These ventures reflect his interest in sustainability, innovation, and supporting others in their goals.

Family is central to his life. Daniel lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife, two daughters, and son. He values spending time with them, whether reading together or cheering them on in their activities. His passion for endurance sports has led him to participate in multiple 5Ks and half-marathons, which he sees as ways to stay active and focused.

He also gives back by supporting the American Heart Association and volunteering with a homeless program through his church. In his free time, he follows soccer, supports Cleveland’s teams, and enjoys exploring many kinds of books.
